Description

Add "Open Project File" to the file menu and the Ctrl+O shortcut. Associate the controls with the system default open file dialog.

Then implement code to read the file, for CSV/TXT load the default "Raw Text" column cell type, but for XLSX try to interpret the column cell type from the most used number format in the column.
