HML Checker

React component, inheriting from the Base Cell type, that tries to show an image (thumbnail, depending on view mode) with its value being the URL (or file path if on the local/network system) and still editable if double clicked or can preview the whole image if the button/link next to it is clicked.

Also creates a full-view button/link next to the image to show an image preview modal. Clicking on the image/modal will hide it.
