Description

Add "Save Only Modified" to the file menu and the Alt+Shift+S shortcut. Associate the controls with the system default save file dialog.

Same rules apply for the "Save As" dialog #108, but uses the hidden column (App Modified) to only export columns that have at least 1 valid modified column index.
