Add "Save Categories To" to the file menu and the Ctrl+Shift+C shortcut. Associate the controls with the system default save file dialog.

Then implement code to write to the file, for CSV/TXT it will save categories as columns "ID", "ParentID", "Category", "Full Category Path", and "Sort Order". XLSX files will have the categories saved to a "Categories" worksheet when the project is saved (if opened from an XLSX workbook).
