Config - Category Sidebar Position/Size
Description
Add config support for setting the position of the *planned* Category Sidebar, React component.
The sidebar will support being placed on the left, right, and bottom of the overall UI in Table/Single Product view mode.
Its height (only when on bottom) and width (when on left/right) will need to be stored in the configuration as well, preferably in px.
